Why I Blog

Plain and simple, this blog is my journal. I have to write to sort through my thoughts and declutter my mind. Journaling has been the most effective healing tools that I have ever come across. I have spent more than a decade here, essentially using journaling to coach myself out of a very dark place and to teach me how to heal myself.

My journey through this is in no way over. I still have a ways to go and so much more I want to learn and implement into my life and journaling will continue to be my primary vehicle for this.
